Utility exploration is being conducted by the City of Roseville in conjunction with South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD). The project includes drilling and installing six groundwater wells in various locations throughout Pleasant Grove. The project is anticipated to begin in late summer 2019 and be completed by early 2020.
